Jonathan Rea breaks all records on the first day of the Motul FIM Superbike World Championship.

 

The six-time WorldSBK World Champion continues to write history and break records at every race. This Saturday, in the first round of the season Jonathan Rea of the Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK became the first rider in history to achieve one hundred victories in WorldSBK.

The Pirelli Aragon Round started at 9:00 am with the last FP3 practice session where it was very close with Turkish rider Toprak Razgatlioglu (1'49.695) setting the fastest time with British rider Scott Redding just 0.001 off the pace.

After a long preseason, the 2021 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship has started with the first free practice session at MotorLand Aragón.
Toprak Razgatlioglu leads the training sessions, ahead of Chaz Davies.

The Team Pata Yamaha with BRIXX WorldSBK rider, T. Razgatlioglu, was the fastest on the first day of free practice at the Aragonese circuit, thanks to the good time he had done (1'49.952) with his Yamaha YZF R1 in the session morning.

This new edition of the Motul FIM World Superbike marks 10 years since the championship was held for the first time in MotorLand Aragón. 2011 was a very special year, not only for the commemoration of the tenth anniversary but also because Carlos Checa, a former MotoGP rider, was the first (and only) Spaniard to win the WorldSBK World Championship.

The WorldSBK season kicks off at Motorland Aragón from 21 to 23 May, commemorating the tenth anniversary of the championship at the Alcañizano circuit.

Once again, the Motul FIM Superbike World Championship returns to Motorland Aragón. On this occasion, the Aragonese circuit will be the first round of the championship, which will be held following all the established safety protocols. 

Motorland Aragon opens its sporting season with the GT Winter Series.

The first international event of the Motorland sports calendar was successfully held on Thursday, March 4.

In two exciting days, where a total of thirteen teams have arrived on the circuit from Germany, Czech Republic and Norway. Experienced and professional drivers have enjoyed the GT Winter Series, this Thursday in Motorland Aragon, with training sessions and two 25-minute races.

MotoGPTM, Moto3TM and Superbike World Championship riders have raced this Sunday on the Motorland speed circuit.

They take advantage until the last day to get ready. Work hard and pick up pace for this new 2021 season that begins on March 28 th in Qatar.

Among the attendees we have been able to see the MotoGPTM Alex Rins rider giving his maximum potential on the track, preparing from the zero minute for the world title.

First practical lesson of motorsport engineering master’s degreee begins in Motorland Aragón.

 

Motorland Aragón hosts the first promotion of motorsport engineering master’s degree. A total of 30 students from more than 15 provinces of Spain and Portugal have participated their first practical session in our facilities.

This master's degree of 1,500 hours combines online and face-to-face training with the aim of acquiring the necessary knowledge to be able to work in the motorsport sector.

La Invernal de MotorLand cierra sus inscripciones para las categorías competitivas este viernes

MotorLand Aragón arrancará un año más su temporada deportiva con la celebración de La Invernal, que se disputará el fin de semana del 18 y 19 de enero. Será la décima edición de esta carrera solidaria que integra distintas pruebas competitivas y populares de ciclismo, patinaje, running, handbike y BTT. El circuito aragonés ultima estos días los preparativos de lo que promete ser un gran fin de semana deportivo al servicio de una buena causa.

MotorLand cierra la temporada deportiva con el IV Memorial José Antonio Vicente

MotorLand cerró este domingo su temporada deportiva con la celebración del XXIV Trofeo de Velocidad este domingo. En la jornada del sábado también se celebraron los 500km de Acañiz y la Copa de España de Clásicos Legend Youngtimer. La prueba reunió en el complejo bajoaragonés a un total de 84 pilotos inscritos, de los cuales 24 compitieron en el Regional. En lo deportivo, el Ciudad de Alcañiz deparó emocionantes carreras que hicieron las delicias del público. Finalmente, Rubén Martínez consiguió el doblete y fue el gran vencedor de la prueba.
