A Saturday full of qualifying sessions gave fans a great day of competition before MotorLand Aragón hosts the first event of the KZ, KZ2 and KZ2 Masters European Karting Championship season

The European Karting Championship qualifying Saturday at MotorLand Aragón has been a spectacle for the fans who traveled to the facilities. The Qualifying Heat, races to find position on the grid on Sunday, offered an appetizer of what will be the day of fighting for victory.

Important qualifying Saturday for Sunday's SuperHeat

In the absence of the SuperHeat session that will complete the grids on Sunday, Frenchman Tom Leuillet achieved the best total of points in the Qualifying Heats by finishing second in the three realized in KZ; Matteo Spirgel obtained the greatest number of points possible by getting on the podium in all the tests in which he participated in the KZ2 category and the Italian Davide Fore achieved the best consistency in the KZ2 Masters sessions.

The key day for distributing points will be on Sunday, starting at 8:30 with the warm-up of the three categories. Subsequently, the SuperHeat sessions with the fastest drivers of each competition will take place at 10:10. Finally it will be the turn of the most important moment of the European Karting Championship, the races that distribute points to aspire to the title. KZ2 Masters will be the first to take to the track at 1:30 p.m., followed by KZ2 at 2:30 p.m. and KZ will finish with its respective race at 3:30 p.m.
